Damon might've been running in the valley before every other member of the team was born, but that doesn't stop him from donning the singlet and throwing down on the weekends. Damon has a long history of racing success, including a masters victory at the 2005 Akron marathon and a win in the 45-49 age group at the 2011 USATF National 15k Championship.
